Behind Solaya
I'm Fenja, 31 years old - a free spirit, inspired by sun, sea, and nature. I love to travel and find my ideas exactly there: outdoors, in the light, in the moment. My favorite place to create jewelry is by the sea, with the sun on my skin and salt in the air.
I feel deeply connected to the sun. This warm, clear feeling flows into each of my macrame and stainless steel pieces - lightweight, skin-friendly, and so comfortable that it feels like a second skin.
The name Solaya perfectly encapsulates what I feel: sol stands for the sun - energy, warmth, radiance. aya to me is like air - light, free, flowing. Together, it describes this feeling of lightness and connection that I want to convey with my jewelry.
